Delay in delivery of booked vehicle

Dear Sir, I have booked Honda aviator on 21-October-2011 vide booking form Sr. no-
1649 with Advance Rs. 1000=00 (Rs. One Thousand Only) at ESS ELL Motors, opposite Ann Mary School, Balliwala chowk, GMS Road, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. I have been assured delivery within one month but as on date it is already 22 days above than assured days. I am not getting satisfactory response on my inquerry with them. In this respect I would like to put few facts as under-
1- Dealer office is not providing official copy of delivery status and I suspect that dealer is selling scooters out of turn as per booking for the reason best known to them.
2- Can I be provided this above delivery statement for taking further necessary action against dealer.
