Replace my engine

I bought honda shine motercycle on dated 25-12-2011 problem is that ; Some unwanted noise produce in Engine assembly since last servicing I complaint to showroom and workshop their persons name is hereunder pushpendra (9425007617) & sunil krishanan (9425016661) he ask to me we repair only not replace any part. I know this is the fault of your person whose done the last service of my bike(this is the non skilled or nontechnical person) please trace out the problem and replace my engine assy.
