Dear Sir,

Please inform me that if Icore e Services Ltd. has the legal permission to issue Non Convertible Debenture. There are several schemes like Recurring, F.D. & M.I.S. Are these schemes are secured? Are they are registered under SEBI? Where they want to invest these money?
plz inform me as early as possible.
