Non-return of my Rs.96,053/-(with 4% interest0

Due to need to send Rs.96,053/-on account of legal costs to a Lawyer in Africa, I had deposited Rs.96,053/-in cash on 29-11-2011, through Indira Nagar, Bangalore-560038 branch of ICICI Bank, as per following A/c particulars, given by the Lawyer, earlier:-:-
A/c no. 174205000033, A/c Name: C. L. AGENCY Branch: PADRAUNA (U.P)
Next day, when I informed the Lawyer, he found that the A/c particulars given by him has changed & he advised me to get back the amount. At my request to ICICI Bank in this connection, they found that the A/c has become a Fraud A/c & therefore, sealed it from 30th November,2011,morning, with the help of Padrauna branch.
However, till now, inspite of my many requests/follow-ups with them & even filing FIR with Indira Nagar Police Station,Bangalore-38 on 26th Dec.2011 and inspite of their issuing Memo to Bagalore-38 branch of ICICI Bank for returning my Rs.96,053/-immediately, ICICI Bank, Bangalore-38 branch is not releasing my Rs.96,053/-(preferably,with 4% interest)

While I agree that other depositors should also get back their deposits from C.L. Agency\'s A/c-along with mine-why ICICI Bank\'s Padrauna branch & its Indiranagar branch(I am the only depositor from Indiranagar branch to deposit in \"C.L. Agency\'\" A/c).,-are not releasing the deposits from the said A/c to the concerned depositors, is a mystery to me.

ICICI Bank is not informing whether C.L. Agency has gone to Court or not-for avoiding return of its deposits to the depositors In case it has gone to Court, delay in return of the deposits to the depositors,is understandable, to some extent.. Even if they have gone to Court, is it not the duty of the ICICI Bank to ensure that its depositors (from C.L. Agency\'s A/c) get back their deposits at the earliest (preferably with 4% interest)? Please help self & other depositors from C.L. Agency\'s A/c in getting back our deposits (with atleast 4% interest) at the earliest,from ICICI Bank.
