ICICI credit card Complaints - Fruad transaction

Fruad transaction
I am icici credit card holder and on 31 st jan,2011, I got a meesage from icici that you tranaction declined du to your credit limit. I was so shocked that I was not making any tranaction at that time. He also confirmed that you made a tranaction of 25600 today. I strongly refused that I did not make any tranaction of Rs. 25600/-.
When I asked him that if the tranaction was made of Rs. 25600/-, why I di not get alert sms from bank, he made a silence. This is as per RBI guideline that any tranaction of Rs, 6000/- or more should be sms to the customer.
After this fruad tranaction somebody came from ICICI and collected the photocopy of card/ ID proof and proof of my duty hrs on 31st jan,2011.
The credited Rs. 25600/- but after seven days they again debited the same amount.
I have cmplaint vide SR 168400580,SR 165580550,SR 16882719 to icici bank. When I asked them they replied me that investigation is going on.
I got a statement and talked wtih custermer care caller regarding the fruad tranaction, she told me that our investigation team report is in bank favour and also talked to her senior . she again replied the same suggested me that talked with merchant where the fruad was happened. I clearly told her that I never made any tranaction on that day with that merchant, why I should go there.

I have loged a police complaint regarding this fruad in Manadawali Police station on28-feb-2011.


I again loged a complaint to icici Head customer services Mr. Krishnan but the same reply i got from his office.

They have been harrassing me from last four months for that transaction which I never made through my credit card which was issue to me by ICICI, even i do not know where is the merchat shop (Gadet Shop I got the name throgh icici statement)

The icici card was with me on that day and still with me.

I also requested them send me the your investigation report to me so that I should know on what basis they have been claiming the amount from me, but they have not been sending me their investigation report.
The made the investigation report in bank favour without listening any thing from me.
The investigation team never talked with me regarding this issue.

Sir I am so depressed to see working style of ICICI bank, how they have been torching me from last five months.

My humble request to you please help me
