Worst system and account handling by IDEA

Hi,

I have recharge 35.00 from shop directly doesn't knowing any scheme or amount. Idea has deducted 35.00 amount from the shop keeper. But didnt give me any balance or scheme to my number.

If this is not valid recharge than don't deduct the money and message that this is not valid recharge this is the simple way.

But the worst part by IDEA is it deducts the money, messages that your recharge is successful and does not add any amount to balance. Also the customer care does not respond to this type of query however this is the system fault of IDEA that this should not be allowed to deduct or message wrongly.

Another case i have in past month i have recharged GPRS pack and IDEA provided me 3G and charge for both. The SYSTEM is cheap and worst for the customer support. The customer care always points fault of the cutomer. However the MAIN BUG is there system. Why allowed chargeable line if the customer applied for some pack?

How can this cheap type of system is still exists? I am going to throw away this card toady and seriously spread all this shit to all over the internet to know people how crap is your system.

I called customer care twice and they are not taking any complaint. Why they are placed then?
