Wrong information
Dear Team,
This is with reference to my Account Id ravida84, which has been unduly debited with the amount of shares taken in exposure.
I was not informed of such a clause before I made the transaction in exposure. In fact, I had specifically checked with your Customer Services Manager & agent before I made the said transaction amount in exposure and the agent assured me that he will inform every thing that goes with my account. They assured me that you need not worry about the sms that you get, we will take care of everything.
I regret to inform you that this is the second time I am encountering such a problem.
Without even providing right details and informing me about the selling of my Counters for the amount, that I took in exposure.
I was very well told by your agent that I will be informed whenever there is some selling of the counters which are in exposure.Sadly this is the second time when my exposure shares are being sold without even informing me.Ealier to this , almost 2 months backs when I started with your Company's account this happenend , and after tremendous apologies from the Agent(BIDESH KARMOKAR, RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, EQUITIES RETAIL INDIA INFOLINE LIMITED KOLKATA ZO) and his manager(Nil Goswamy) also, who came to meet me personally, due to some reason I decided not to complain against them then.
But this time the same event has occured and I am burning with anger, thinking why I left them go safe the first time.
Even I was told that the interest percentage will be 18% on exposure amount but I see that you have taken it with 24%.
I want the compensation amount that I have lost due to his wrong information and want these people should be legally penalized for the wrong informmation that they have furnished to the customers. I am not the only person who has complained, even one of my friend whom I know is under the same agent, faced this and beared losses because of his wrong information.
My only concern is that why are these people giving wrong information and tring to gain customers by fooling them, by misguiding them. Losing and gaining is part and parcel of Share investment. So that not my concern.
If you fail to resolve this matter to my satisfaction mentioned above I will consider seeking legal advise on pursuing redress through the Consumer Courts.
I look forward to your comments at your earliest convenience.
Regards,
