Non delivery of cylinder
consumer no 68310 the distributor is Ranie Enterprises. On finding out from them about the supply it is said that it would take another week. Already 28days had passed.Booked vide SMS ON THE 25TH docket no is 317626 complaint made vide 155233 customer care who informed that it would be supplied on 23rd and the complaint no given by th bangalore office is 223287.

Dear Sirs,

My consumer No: is 1737,in Rathwa Gas Agency,Vadodara,Gujarat,i tell you last occassion for booking as on 2/2/2012,and they had given me waiting No:4223,and last 4 days i am going to contact him,reply me just we are going to delivery you ,but even today i am not getting ,so kindly which type action will be taken ,,otherwise transfer to other dealer immediately

Distributor name PL Gas Service. Booking date 25.12.2011. Sms for delivery of cylinder sent from IOCL on 10.01.2012. Complaints have been made (264620 dated 17.01.2012, 266356 dated 19.01.2012) alongwith repeated visits to the dealer. No action have been taken by the dealer or IOCL so far.
