1- I HAVE SUBMITTED MY BLANK CYLINDER & CASH AMOUNT Rs 465
DATED ON 09/12/11 AT 4 P.M.TO DISTRIBUTOR RAM INDANE
KUMBHRAJ DIST - GUNA M.P. AT BINAGANJ. I HAVE NOT GET ANY
RECIPT BY THEM (THAT IS DISTRIBUTOR PROCESS)
2- DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT DELIVERED MY CYLINDER.
3- PREVIOUS REFILLCARRY FROM DISTRIBUTOR GODOWN 18/10/11
