I have try to a railway ticket on 13-07-11 From kozhikode to ernakulam through online facility.
but booking is failed.

i am booking a tatkal ticket on 03.04.2012 the net will be disconected during the payment process so ticket not booked but my bank balance is reduced when my money refunded . what is the process to get my money.
