Sir,
I am regular customer of Raj flame indane gas services agency Rama park,mohan garden,uttam nagar, new Delhi-59. I am observing from last few years the services of re filed cylinders are very late & less weighted.
i have given many complains but they don't provide complain book. they simply say that we will look in to this matter & it will not happen next time.
No one has serious about the complaints. I will again request to you, kindly take necessary action or suggest the effective remedy.

Sir,
I am regular customer of Raj flame indane gas services agency Rama park,mohan garden,uttam nagar, new Delhi-59. I observed that raj flame agency is charging hiked amount of Rs 50/- (by stamped) on those slips which booked before effecting hiked date.some slips they stamped amount Rs 495.35 & some slips stamped with Rs 499.00.(i have proof), is no body aware about this....can you take action..?
