LPG Cylinder not supplied
I booked a cylinder for a refill on 7/7/2011 (refill booking No.3175) with
Gas Agency :Babarpur Gas Service
A cash memo No.9880 was generated on 23/07/2011. But the cylinder has not been supplied yet, while the system reports the booking cleared by the agency uo to 08/07/2011.

sir, mera conection no.1427 hai mai rudrapur deoria distick k sumitra gas agency se 2/01/2012 ko gas Ramanad modanwal jamuni chauraha k naam se book karaya tha jo aaj 17/02/2012 tak home delevery nahi mila hai jis se hamey kafi kathinai ho rahi hai. sir mai aap se nivedan karta hou ki aap is barey mai koi action leve. |

sir, my consumer no. is 00251 at shri giriraj indane gas sewa, goverdhan. agency has 6700 running gas connection at the time, but IOCL supplied him reffils 4500 to 4800 only during a month. how can agency delevered reffil to customers within time. |

Gas connection No.6866. at Anbu gas indane agency, NSK nagar, chennai. Gas booked on19.11.11 vide No.289150. Bill generated on 24.12.11 vide No.8771. Gas not yet supplied till 2.1.2012.On personal enquiry no proper reply. Not treating us as customer but their servant. Pl. advice them peoperly an arrange to get supply. |

We have booked cylinder on 16/11/2011 and the booking reference number is 287255 through Rajesh Gas Agency Roja Nagar, Madhavaram , Chennai - 60. Consumer Number : 26906.
Inspite we have not received the cylinder till date though have visited the agency several times. Also the response were not received properly. kindly take necessary steps for supplying the gas cylinder.
Give instruction to gas agency to suppy properly.

we have booked the cylinder one month ago but we have not received it yet. They are saying that door is ocked even if some one or the other is at home. Name of the dealer Rajesh gas agency, Madhavaram, Chennai -600060. Our consumer number is 19948, Name: Prema Gopal. We are calling them over phone daily.They said they will deliver it today-2.9.2011 but we have not received it till now . Please take necessary action.

IVRS Registration number is 248177 Cash Memo number 4756 Dt 19/10/2011 but still we are not received cylinder till now. We are facing the frequent problems in this agency and too they are not giving correct response.

I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY THE NAVEEN GAS AGENCIES , 1,NORTH ROAD,WEST CIT NAGAR, CHENNAI 35. WE STAY IN THREE DIFFERENT FLATS in the same compound, AND HAVE THREE CONNECTIONS.in three different names. SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL RATION CARDS. ., THE AGENCY HAS BLOCkED ALL THE THREE CONNECTIONS SAYING THESE ARE MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS. THE TOLL FREE IOC NUMBER IS INEFFECTIVE AND MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT ATTENDED TO. I had produced all documents relating to my kyc and requested to keep atleast one connection active, so that we carry out our minimum cooking. But the agency is rude . consumer no 12308.please advice procedure for redressal through consumer forum or judiiary. raghunathan |

A cash memo No.5115 was generated on 16/10/2012. But the cylinder has not been supplied yet, while the system reports the booking cleared by the agency up to 03/10/2012. |

I am also customer of I.O.C having verification purpose I visit Jai Jawan Gas Service in Dwarka and they told me to submit affidavit and suggest me to made it from Advocate B.N.Dubey he also charges me higher than market rate and his shop is along with gas agency and his behavior was rude with customers saying I am paying commission to gas agency. And please check e - stamping papers made by him all papers are purchased in the name of Dubey Documentation & I.O.C. no name of customer is mentioned in e - stamp papers. What is proof of our. He charges higher than market rate.Hope you will take action and will reply on my mail address.
