dear sir/madam,
we had travelled in kanyakumari exp,no-6381 on 14/5/2010 coach no S-10 seat nos -49/50/52 ticket no-72072411 pnr no-8240125291. as per the rules of irctc all the trains and the necessary service providers have their respective complaint books....

I m a defence personnel posted in rajasthan in air force base.when i was return to my unit by 12561 on 19 aug 11 in s 12 seat 39 ,that time i was taken tea from pantry car vendor "the guality (only water is there no sugar ,no milk )and quantity of tea was very bad.....when i told to vendor that what quantity we are authorised that time he misbehaved with me .....and quantity of tea 100ml he was given me ...."
Sir, i want to know quantity of one cup tea and i request to you that pls take a initiative action so that it will not happen in future with any people ....so,pls do needful and intimate me .....
