I tried to book a ticket for two using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways. Before I could get the confirmation of the booking the session expired. I checked the booking status in my IRCTC account...

I tried to book a ticket for two using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways. Before I could get the confirmation of the booking the session expired. I checked the booking status in my IRCTC account. The ticket was not booked. What should i do?

TRANSACTION ID 0486516363 TICKET ONLY RECEIVED ONE

PLEASE ARRANGE CREDIT THE AMOUNT NOT USED FOR PURCHASE.

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket from TIRUTATI (TPTY) to VUSHAKAPATNAM (VSKP).

But when I have made payment through my onlinesbi banking IRCTC has not responded for several minutes, and my amount has debited but ticket not isued...

My SBI Ref No. 2058614

Please advice me how to recover or can I print that ticket only
