I have taken Idea data card last month I used the internet for 20 days after that from the last 10-12 days I am getting an error on internet. 5 days back I gone to the Idea gallery and told that I am getting an error and unable to use net. Idea person was told me that my data card is working and the same day I checked data card at my home and the same error showing. After 5 days once again visited the Idea gallery and this time they are saying that I have to submit documents. I asked Idea person when I came first that time they are not told me to submit the documents but both the error was same. Second time saying to submit the documents

My question is when I was visited first time in Idea gallery why they are not unable to understand about error ?
