I am a house-wife. I have seen a Gas Leakage problem since 14.04.2010 night after replacing new cylinder of LPG in my kitchen. I am trying to contact the given numbers by the agency but i can\'t because one number is switched off and another is diverted to such a number which is not responded.
If any accident occurs, who will be responsible?

Dear Concern,

My name is Ravi Saini and i have booked a gas slender on 5th May 2011 through online and cash memo has been already generated on 7th May 2011 but still today is 13th May 2011 and we didn't get LGP gas slender from Shri Radha Govinnd Agency, we have not gotten proper response from the same last time, it takes so much delay every time and service is not good of this agency, So, many time i have companied against this but no action has been taken against the agency.

I just wanted to know that is there any procedure to change the agency to avoid such type of delay.
