i complained to the sahaj enterprises two times for cylinder leakage today (11th August 2010) but every time their response was not affirmative.

It is very absurd to bring in your kind notice that Field Officer of Indane Gas and Ministry of Petroleum do not take any action against them aggressively and warn them that if they receive any kind of leakage complaint they have to send the man immediately without wasting even a single minute since every single minute counts. But the agency take these type of complaints very lightly and try to ignore them.

It is my humble request to the concerned authorities that this message may be highlighted and also take necessary steps.

My connection no. is 42098.@ mohanil gas agency / Near IIT gate / new Delhi.Today i received a gas cylinder and found that it is leaking. I have tried calling the agency many times but either they are not picking up the phone or busy. Due to the leakage the smell has covered the whole area in the house and its dangerous too.
if immediate measures will not be taken, anything could be happened. i talked but they are telling wait for morning. right now we cant do anything.

Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

This is to inform to that i have complained to the Himu distributors two times for cylinder leakage today (9th June 2011) but every time their response was not affirmative. they are given a emergency no (9449036073) but the numbe who picks call that person telling that the number is incurrect,meen time we are took the cylinder to distributer office, security is responing duty hrs is closed you need to come on monday the security dont have any higher athoritys number also if this is the conditon the costomer wish to move some other side and if any ministers are department need to take action against to the mentioned distributer as soon as possibale
