Detayed delivery of LPG cylinders
Sir, I am consumer of Indane Gas and my distributor is Sree Chella Gas Agency in Chennai 600073. The booking for next cylinder is taken only after 20 days of delivery of the previous cylinder and the delivery itself is done after 20 days. On the whole, the supply of refill cylinder takes 40 to 45 days. How is it expected for an average family of 5 to 6 members to use cylinder for 45 days. Is it not fair. We are not allowed to have another connection also. Please solve this and shorten the gap for booking a cylinder.

Iam also facing the same problem.Can we know the rules chalked out by Indane for booking and delivery of LPG Cylinders.

Sir,
I am consumer of Indane Gas and my distributor is M/s.Vishwanath Gas Agency,BSK 3rd Stg,Bangalore 560 085.Cosumer No:64817.Though I am a double cylinder holder, then the other cylinder is useless.Online 24/7 Gas booking is accepted and Booking no is given as 410616,Time as 07.34 AM and 05.05.2012.
Preivious cylinder delivery was on 29.04.2012.
