Sir, We the consumer of M/S Reliable Gas service, Jalandhar City) (The distributor of Indane). (Phone No. 0181-2292923, 2299660. Our consumer no. is 11457. We were getting gas refilling as per our requirement against cheque payment regularly but recently they issued us a letter and sought some detail as per the department/government policy. We are a Religious registered body & also running a school for the poor people of the society. We have to give feed to the school children every noon & also some religious programmes are being organised time to time for which we have to gas supply. We have submitted our reply to the Gas agency in question but they again write us." YOUR CONNECTION IS BLOCKED BY THE ORDERS OF IOC UPTILL YOU PROVIDE THE ABOVE SAID DOCUMENT “The copy of the Registration certificate has already been submitted to the agency. We don't know what they want from us. When they restore our connection. It is, after all, our human duties to sympathies with one another. Kindly issue instructions to the agency so that we may get gas according to our requirement as earlier.

Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of your letter on the above subject. You will be glad to know that Mandir Parbandhak Committee is also running an educational institutions for the children belonging to very backward classes of the society to whom we are providing lunch after the school time & all provide free food to the pilgrims came from far away places and to the priests and other employee of the mandir residing in the mandir premises without their family members. A LANGAR PARSAD/BHANDARA is also being distributed to the followers of Maa Bhagwati ji / God Shiva on every Tuesday & Sunday in the noon. It is, after all, our human duties to sympathies with one another.
For these purpose(s) we are requiring more than 15 gas cylinder(s). I shall be grateful to you if you very kindly instruct the staff to deliver the Gas cylinders in time.
However, the required information is as under.

2. Copy of registration under “Societies Act” Attached

3 Latest Income Tax exemption certificate from I.T deptt. N/A
4 Detail of end use/purpose for which cylinders are being used. Explained above.
i) To provide lunch to the students of the educational institution.
ii) To provide free food to the pilgrims/outsiders.
iii) To provide Breakfast/Lunch/Diner to the priests & other employees.
iv) For cocking Langar Prasad/Bhandara on every Tuesday & Sunday
v) For the purpose of cocking Langar Prasad on other Religious Programmes on
Other Hindu festivals & other religious programmes.
In addition the above I have the honor to bring it your kind notice that one Vishal Annual Maa Bhagwati Jagran is performed by the mandir parbandak committee on 30th May of every year. The followers who take langar Prasad on that very day is more than 2000 (Two thousands) for this purpose on that occasion we are requiring additional more than eight cylinders.
5 Average monthly consumption/requirement in no. of cylinders. 15 Nos.
(Fifteen numbers of cylinders.)
6 Mode of payment to the agency – whether by cheque or cash. By cheque.
7. Last test certificate of the manifold from the approved Vendor. As and when reqd.
