Non receipt of cylinder
Consumer no- 00907 , As per mobile message gas cylinder was delivered vide 2968, but I have not yet received the Gas cylinder. Dealer P.L.Gas , Garia, Kolkata

Dear sir,
having my consumer no. 35985 of munni devi danu with parul gas (indane gas). I have booked lpg gas cylinder on 16/02/2012 but not receive till date. On 27/02/2012 I got enquired on ph. No. 9911554411, in reply the reference no. 15104 and cash memo no. 20650 dated 18/02/2012 but till the cylinder not received.
Kindly help to assure delivery immediately.

Dear sir,
having my consumer no. 15760 of Kamlesh with Sunder SyameGas Agency (indane gas).Janak Puri A1 Block New Delhi 1100058 I have booked LPG gas cylinder on 01/03/2012 but not receive till date. On 10/03/2012 I got enquired on ph. No. 25553988, no reply the reference no.439-8915494 but till the cylinder not received.
Kindly help to assure delivery immediately.
