Non refund of Payment made after inability to provide required holiday as promised

I had booked voucher with Bag it Today and Paid initially Rs 7500 and thereafter sent DD of Rs 750 for 7 nights accommodation in hotel of my choice.

I had given the necessary choices and made approx 250 telephone calls to the centre. At an average I got through to the number once every 40 calls made.

But finally the executives said that they cannot make the arrangements in the city of my choice (Perth / Gold Coast / Bali) and were requesting me to change my travel schedule. Just imagine the cheek asking me to revise my travel schedule and visit the cities of their choice rather than where I have planned to go and made air ticket reservations more than a year in advance.

Eventually I got fed up and did my hotel bookings thru other websites.

Now at least after all this mental torture and physical harassment the bare minimum expected is a refund of my hard earned money paid to this company of repute???

Kindly assist in getting the refund.
