Oh..... I am very fed up of this bloody invensis and these two team leads. They torture every girls to wear transparent dress and show their bras and bosoms and be sexy. If we dont obey them they say performance is very bad, not working well and complain to great gaandu gopinath and rascal rajshekar. Bloody shit with these two

Invensis Disadvantages & Difficulties

** After you Attend the interview , some candidates works there along with studying there degree in correspondence . if you are in this condition , they fix 5000 rs salary.
**If you have done a Degree like Bsc,Bcom etc. , & Fresher then they fix salary 6500 rs.
** If you have done a Degree like Bsc,Bcom etc.& Experienced of 1-2 yr, then they fix 7000 rs.
**After finishing the interview process, They tell every 3 months Salary will be increased surely. But never they do, they always blame NO performance ,how much ever u are geninue to your work.
**When we collect Salary of job’s 1st month , we come to know What is this worst company. They deduct for each and every thing . like :-
1. Work time is 9.00 morning, if you come 9.01 9.02.. etc… ,The bleddy Reciponist wont give to sign Attendance register . thus it will marked as Half a day & they itself write in Red pen. If you take any emergency leave , they will deduct nicely . similar way Lunch time is 1 to 1.30 , if you come 1.31 etc… , they deduct 85rs/day indicating as Lunch break session late .if you take half a day then they will deduct 150 rs/day .
2. Like this I faced many problems , they torchure like any thing . my salary was fixed as 7000 rs , though I had 3 years Experience. When I took my 1st salary they gave 6145 rs. By deducting for all .
3. Worst thing is salary they give in a post cover , in Q we have to stand for taking salary .

 No Salary Bank Account is Done .simply they tell after 1 year we do. They never do and all liv the work.
 No performance based incentives , if we ask they tell same after 1 year u will be eligible of taking 300rs incentive.
 No PF , ESI Benefits
 No Health care Benefits or Accident Relief types.
 No Holiday on Saturday , Full day you have to Work .
 Many Times they Call for working Sundays & they insist Compulsory all must work . For this they wont provide any Extra income .
 NO CAB is provided who comes from FAR distances .
 More Politics they do ., They never Encourage & Support to Grow any one . apart any influence workers .
 As I told how much ever you Geninuely work ., They never tell atleast Better, they always Scold No performance ., Nothing you are Working .
 The worst thing is the Team leader & co-ordinator who are there all are relatives of the Management side or MD relatives . some TL’s don’t know to speak English fluently also.
 Atleast they wont even teach to Freshers & not guide the workers also. If we do any Error , they Scold badly by insulting the workers .in other words I can say they behave in a Rash manner .Simply they Rome around the floor all the TL’s & just comes to co-workers and Torchure do fastly do fastly … they don’t even have common sense , that many files is assigned it requires some minimum time .
 Holidays is very less they give . we cant exepect holidays for some Hindu festivals also.

Just by working for FIVE months ., I faced many problems , Torchure , I dint had a peace of mind when I was in this worst company . I sincerely tell all job Seeker’s never join this invensis worst company & face problems

Suley maga Chaitanya Manthene (Asst. HR)- he don’t know to talk English fluently . he is HR & acts as Head – Bastard 2 of invensis (he torchure Freshers moreeeeee).
