Not only me, but all LPG consumers are harassed for timely booking and delivering proper LPG refil cylinder and every time we have to pass through a hell of drill for getting a simple basic need of a refill cylinder. The system, they deliberately operate is totally faulty and they do not serve to common consumers but our quotas which they are getting, distribute to the market suppliers at a hefty sum and common man is left to their woes. Even your faulty format is stating that there are no complaints against this company. Please do take notice and you will find that this company has highest dissatisfied consumers in Delhi and/or in India. To whom should we go and who listens to us. No one.

regards reminder or getting update, these people are callous enough to take the phone calls.
I have been trying for the last 3 days to contact through phone no.- 27519710 - only a recorded message" phone is busy, please call after sometime" is given.Their second no.-27513361- only ringing & no body is taking the call.

This is general complaint with this dealer. On many occasions people from the agency have been noted supplying refills without booking on premium. this done at the cost of genuine customers who book refill and are harassed for the supply.

Please help.

our consumer no of khandhari gas is kg09642,i have booked my refill on 1 st jan 2012 and on 4 th jan i have received a message from indiane gas cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 300 eith cash memo 301. but till date ihave not received my cylinder and ihave contact on khandhari gas office they say we have not any information of booking .
so i request you pls short out the matter as soon as posible because we have not any refill at this time and delivered my cylinder immediately
And many times i call at the toll free no 18002333555. but no body reply on this no an dthis no is alvays busy..

i need a gas connection but no one is ready to book my connection request .they say come next month only while i go to agency for putting new connection request.

consumer id : 10296 . I have made my booking since 25th december 2012 and there is no delievery of such cylinder till now . I requet strict action shoukd be taken and in time . thankyou ,
