perchased one 250 leter doubble door Refrigerator on 14/12/2007

There is problem in coolling
Called a service engineer he identified there is problem in compresser and told that there is expanses for Rs2000/- I was agree on this but why...

I had purchased a kelvinator regrigerator in july 2009 260 litres from kundan electronics,bangalore. the compressor is not working. i made a complaint (no1105110271).It is already 3 days. There is a warranty of 5 years for the compressor. But still it is not replaced. My phone calls to the service manager, is unattended.

I Purchase Kelvinator 225 Ltr. Single door Refrigeration on 11-9-2010 after 3 months thers a gas problame, we complaint then service engineer came & see & he diagnose that thers a Gas problame & charge the gas next day after 3 to 4 months thers cooling problame & Dfroze proble service engineer tells us that if u want to Dfroze Swithc off from Main Board but its rong method for Dfroze then he says that u Dfroze everyday night but its not correct system to use refrigeration & when we Dfroze its take 7 to 8 hours for Dfroze & the other one mejor problame is Water Dripping From Freezer's Doors & Tray Water Dripping on all food item which are put in a refrigerator so we are so tyred to use this product we want Replace ment otherwise we are gone to consumer foram our Complaint No is RAJ1008110301
