My CRN Number is MUM/12586/2595 which was assigned to me by Khan Gold Care.Banglore they in need of land for errecting towers I had sent 1 DD' for rupees 3700 after receiving the draft they had sent me aletter along with a stamp paper anddemanded Rs 2500/- after which I rang them and asked them about theior additional demand , they told me that our person will come for survey on 6th june at that you hand him the said amount but till now they had not visited the site as well as they have switched off all their mobile contacts now all the numbers are switched off and I am unable to contact Khan Gold Care. Kindly contact & let me know will the survey team approch me & when, waiting for ur response.

My CRN Number is MUM/6957/339which was assigned to me by Khan Gold Care.Banglore they in need of land for errecting towers I had sent 1 DD' for rupees 3700 after receiving the draft they had sent me aletter along with a stamp paper anddemanded Rs 2500/- after which I rang them and asked them about theior additional demand , they told me that our person will come for survey on 6th june at that you hand him the said amount but till now they had not visited the site as well as they have switched off all their mobile contacts now all the numbers are switched off and I am unable to contact Khan Gold Care. I Balu Pathare from lasalgoan have applied for mobile tower installation to khan gold care banglore as per advertisement from sakal news paper along with land details after that they send me a letter for demanding rs. 3700.00 and rs. 2500.00 for registration and surver charges accordingly i sent two demand drafts after that they inform me that the survey team will contact you on 28/5/2010 but after that the concern person phoned me and told me that it will dealy upto 2/06/2010 but after that their all mobiles are switched off and no body contact me. Also they assurd that they will make arrangement for 15 years agreement with a minimum rent of rs.25000.00 per month and three years rent in advance. But till toady all mobiles are switched off and i think that they cheated us so donot believe on this type of advertisemsnt

I have found an advertisement in a leading news paper poknapham in manipur stating that (RENT WANTED) Required for mobile company, vacant/tarrace/agricultural land for installation of towers................................
Because of this add I applied to KHAND GOLD CARE ON 17 feb 2010, after some days I have got a letter from KHAN GOLD CARE "CRN No. IMP/8779/74" saying that the proposed site has been approved for physical survey and request me to send a bank draft for the sum of Rs 3700 in favor of "KHAND GOLD CARE" payable at BANGALORE, I have send this amount on 18/3/10. Than after few weeks one more letter came from KGC saying that according to the new policy of the govt. in tele communication field W.E.F 1st April 2010 KGC are sending the NOC (no objection certificate) which have to be dully signed by the applicant and send along with a bank draft of Rs 2500 as the survey charges after which within the period of 7 days KGC will issue a survey date and on the same survey will be done. For this also I have send the draft of Rs 2500 on 28/4/10 along with the NOC which has been sign by myself. Still till date I have not getting any type of response from KHAN GOLD CARE. Even when I tried to contact also there contact no. are not in the working condition. THIS IS REALLY CHEATING THE PUBLIC PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON IT I WILL BE THERE. |
