Gas booking ignored

Dear Sir,
Wish to bring under your kind notice that I had booked (BN 15718) my Gas cylinder to M/s Golden Gas Agencies, Vyapar Kenra, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on dated 28.12.2011 bearing consumer no 1175T but still cylinder has not been delivered. Why the cylinder has not been delivered till date ? Even the telephone no 0124-4070210 does not being entertain by anybody even after intimating through my mailing id. Proper action should be taken asap.
Further the customer care no 0124-2888888 does not work.

Kindly advice.
