Fraud by Vacation Gateway

Hi All,
Vacation gateway is doing fraud to the innocent people by collecting all their information and trapping them to pay money. 23rd aug 2014 i got a call from the no 01206525855 and introduced himself as a Rajeev sinha(08826488638) and informed me that i am the one among the 10 lucky winners of the old user who has used the vacation gateway to make a payment in bag it today website. Later he also told me that winner are awarded with light blue/blue inspiron 15R, black berry mobile and a vacation package, to obtain the gift i need to pay 7799INR, and after payment made got a call from his manager (+9999999910) and got the confirmation from the dispatch team that my product are dispatched, but finally got only vacation package. After repeated emails to [email protected], no response and now i am planning to file the FIR and Consumer case on the vacation gateway. Why did the representative informed us not to inform about the gifts mentioned. As currently i am in US so not able to take any action once i reach bangalore in one week will file a FIR on vacation gateway. My Number is 2133004370/9886550525(which ever is reachable)
