Non-Payment of Death Claim under Jeevan Dhara Policy No. 530817052.

My father, Purushottam Jha, Retired Head Master, High School, Nadiyami had a Jeevan Dhara Policy No. 530817052. He died on 07/12/200. All the required papers have been submitted to LIC, Divisional Office, Patna long back. Since last few years we are regularly visiting to this office, no one is there to respond sincerely. no corrospondance has been made despite of our repeated reinders.
Please look into the matter for an early settlemwent of the claim.
