Hello,

I hope the subject says all.

Back to where i started i applied for MNP online at vodafone.com, Some person from Andromeda called me I submitted my docs with them & got my new VODAFONE sim card

I am trying for Mobile number Portability from LOOP MOBILE to VODAFONE, Firstly my request was rejected by LOOP with reasons of contractual obligation.
Second time they rejected stating I have Outstanding dues with them, which i paid immediately along with unbilled amount.

Then on the 26th April 2011 i created a new Unique Porting Code LM347913 & since then i have had no contact with nobody from Andomeda at all, I have been visiting the VASHI VODAFONE gallery for the last 1 week still nothing has changed as yet, it is causing me a lot of inconvenience & frustration overall.

I have been trying to call up the Andromeda people however nobody is answering their Phone, that is adding to th frustration, coz it seems I have to go thru the people whom I m dealing with no other VODAFONE gallery people can help me with this matter at all.


I dont know what should I be doing now to resolve this matter.

Hi Narain. We at Akosha help Indian consumers in resolving their complaints against brands quickly. We are able to do this by contacting the higher management of the company and if that doesn't succeed, it helps the customer in approaching a consumer forum for redressal. The emphasis is on getting complaints resolved quickly and not on starting legal proceedings, unless absolutely necessary. There are also articles on how to complain in consumer court, consumer protection act, banking complaints telecom complaints etc. Do read our articles and post your complaints and valuable comments.

i s.avaneesh appplied for mnp yesterday and i got the upc code today i went to a near by aircel office to port in to their net work the activation was not successful and error message is that the upc ode is showing that wrong please try using correct one.previously iam in bsnl prepaid and i contacted their customer care but didnt got the required thing .wt should i do further to change my net work
