Back to where i started i applied for MNP online at vodafone.com, Some person from Andromeda called me I submitted my docs with them & got my new VODAFONE sim card
I am trying for Mobile number Portability from LOOP MOBILE to VODAFONE, Firstly my request was rejected by LOOP with reasons of contractual obligation.
Second time they rejected stating I have Outstanding dues with them, which i paid immediately along with unbilled amount.
Then on the 26th April 2011 i created a new Unique Porting Code LM347913 & since then i have had no contact with nobody from Andomeda at all, I have been visiting the VASHI VODAFONE gallery for the last 1 week still nothing has changed as yet, it is causing me a lot of inconvenience & frustration overall.
I have been trying to call up the Andromeda people however nobody is answering their Phone, that is adding to th frustration, coz it seems I have to go thru the people whom I m dealing with no other VODAFONE gallery people can help me with this matter at all.
I dont know what should I be doing now to resolve this matter.
