Motorola Moto Ming A1600 Handset Problem

My name is Vinod Rawat. I live in Jaipur (Rajasthan).
I purchased Motorola Moto Ming A1600 handset form \"The Mobile Store\" M I Road, Jaipur on 28/10/2008. After 2-3 days it creating so many problem likes (Hanging Problem, Accessories was not working with handset) But Still I was facing that type problem again and again. Last time I deposited my handset in Redington India limited, Jaipur on 21/07/2009 Till date Redington India limited not return my handset. And Management is saying to me company will send you your mobile. Because company change its services center in jaipur. Plz Help me as soon as possible because still I don\'t get my mobile return.
