PF WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sir,

I am Rajasegaran.V from Puducherry, I was worked as a CSO in Band 5, Level 2 in Msource India Private Limited (MPHASIS - Pondicherry) from October 2008 to May 2010.

Now I want to withdraw my PF, my PF Number : KN/25075/47980 and my Employee ID : 2099830.

I had sent PF withdrawal form to company on august 2011, but till now i didn't get any response from the company and also i had sent lot of mail to PF & HR help-desk and also i made call to PF & HR help-desk, they told that your PF form is put on hold due to some recovery amount. And yon have to give DD on favor of Msource India Private Limited for the amount of rs.4,112/- after that we will submit the PF form to PF office. I don't know why. Please help me in this what i have to do for my PF amount.
