Complaint Regarding Koncept Mahindra, Delhi
Dear Sir,
I own Mahindra XUV 500 with no. DL8CAF4765. I submitted my car with the Koncept Mahindra body shop situated at Tughlakabad, New Delhi for accidental repairs on 23rd June 2016. I got the work approval from the TataAIG insurance company in 4-5 days. The service manager Mr. Faheem promised to get the work done on 7th july. When I called him on 7th, he said the work is not started on your car yet and promised me to get it done in one more week.
After 10 days I called him up and he said, the work is still on and it will take another week. Again after a week, I myself visited the Koncept Body shop on 19th July and was shocked to see the slow progress on my car. I met the manager of the body shop Mr. Gupta who again promised me to hand over my car in 10 More days.
After 10 more days, I called up Mr. Gupta about the status of my car which he refused to tell and advised me to call your service manager Mr. Faheem regarding the status. When I called Mr. Faheem again, he says it will take another week. I asked him to give me a final date on which I can come and collect my car as more than a month has passed, and he gave me the final date - 10th August 2016.
Today on 10th August, I called him up again and he said it will take another week.
This has caused inconvenience and conferred upon me a huge loss and harassment which cannot be compensated in terms of money, despite of my repeated reminders it seem that team mahindra is least concerned in addressing my problem and not at all living upto their commitments, i am fed up with your services and false promises. If nothing is done in pursuance of my concern immediately i'll be forced to take an appropriate action against your team in lieu of your dead service network and false claims.
Kindly look into my complaint seriously and take necessary action with the immediate effect.
