EXTENDED WARANTY

Sir /madam

My self Manoj Katyal purchase Maruti Swift Vxi on dated 31/01/08 from Pandit Auto Mobile Yamuna Nagar Reg no HR02S 5175.
Dealer has offer me extendable warranty for 3rd year. I have except it and give payment for extendable warranty.Dealer has given me third year warranty book and slip .
here dealer cheat me, he has given me slip on which following dates have been mention
Date of sale 31/01/08.warranty start from 31/01/07 and valid up to jan 2010.After two year from date of purchase my warranty has finished.
I have given complaints to dealer so many times but not getting any favourable response. I am totaly fed up with all this nonsense. So it is my humble request to you please do some favourableaction, oterwise i will knock the door of consumer court.It will not give any harm to me but will give defame and degrade the name of India's largest automobile company company
