Balance deduction

Hi team

I am docomo user from one year, but facing several problems continuously. i have not activated any packs but still for unnecessary things they are deducting balance.

Though we call customer care they wont respond properly.

I am realyy sis satisfied to use this docomo.

So, I advise all not to prefer docomo
