PF not transferred

My Employee ID was - 2089804. I resigned in Nov 2008,15th of November being my last working day. I applied for PF transfer after joining my present organisation and they submitted the forms to Mphasis on 17/7/2009. I checked with HR helpdesk of Mphasis on Feb 2010 and at first they said that they have processed the forms and transferred it to my previous employer, when I do not have a previous employer as Mphasis was my 1st job. I replied back stating the same and then they said they processed the forms and transferred it to the PF dept.Since then I have not received any intimation from their end. The PF transfer is not reflecting in my 2009-2010 PF statements and my present org says that the PF transfer has not been done.It has been more than 2 years now.

Please advise.
