sir,i purchase a shirt from sachdeva nx in batala (punjab )of your company of cost Rs1300(apprx.),but after one wash the colour of the shirt get split out and fainted,i want replacement fotr this but i dont have bill,so kindly help me ....i m a regular customer of ur company.

Hi Vishal. It is hard to believe this that such a branded shirt got fainted in one wash. This could have happened it because of presence of somekind of chemical in water. I suggest you mail them at [email protected]. I hope they will help their regular customer.

I bought Mufti T- Shirt from Baddi [H.P.]. I wore only once and During 1st wash only the cloth was 1 holes appeared in T- shirt. It is a manufacturing or cloth defect.

I contacted the nearest store in Baddi [H.P.]and they keep at their shop for a month and after following up several times they say company is not accepting this as complaint and returned back to me.

I am really not happy with the way they told and are not willing to help. Its lying with me with all the tags and bill with no solution.

Being a reputed brand I am buying the Mufti Brand Cloths from long time and first time it happened to me. Now I am helpless and need support from you people.

I want the replacement for the defected T-Shirt.
