I have joined in Nano excel corporation and Nano excel power corporation on 11-aug-2010. The scheme is about power investment giving power shares to the investor and also the company said that it had tie-up with the GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH for 50 YEARS. Keeping this in mind, I invested about 75,000/- and also I introduced my neighbours, friends, relatives as the company also had the MLM concept.

With in January 2011, I really worked hard and gave business of about 30,00,000+ for the company and friends, relatives joined based on my face value and the faith they had in me. The scheme also had a monthly income generating option.But, the payment was stopped from 2011 march and the last received cheque was bounced as the company had a bank balance of rs.5/-.(Bank A/c number:0031267879268,STATE BANK OF INDIA, Madhapur branch, Hyderabad). As the payments were stopped, my income also stopped and the investors strated asking me for money and even some of them dint even receive their power bonds!
Then, I approached my uplines and the company's phone number and fax and even the Chairman(8008282828) of the company, but no response from them even in the toll free number and I visited the company's branches in Kerala, Tamilnadu and Hyderabad(HEAD OFFICE) and all the offices are closed!

Now am in a situation to answer all the investors and this created a bad name for me in my friends and relatives' circle because of the company's fraudulent activity!!!

In this situation, investors are demanding me to give money from my pocket, so now I dont know what has happened to the company as they are not answering and even the uplines not answering?

So, I request the Indian Consumer Complaints to take necessary actions to recover the money of all the investors.
