PF Transfer

Hello,

I have submitted request for transfer of my PF amount from PF Office Kandivalli, on May 2010. It got registered in Kandivalli office on July, 2010.

[I left my previous company (Oracle financial Services Software Ltd - Formerly, Iflex Solutions) on Oct 2009]. However, I stay in Bangalore now, hence not possible to go to Kandivalli PF office and followup.

My PF Acount Number : MH/37528/12106

However, till now, my PF transfer has not been complete. I have tried calling the numbers given on PF website. (More than 20 different numbers across different offices in Mumbai). No one picks up or it stays busy. This has been same for last 10 months.

I have also lodged a complaint on PF website on Dec 2010. Below is the acknowledgement.

The Grievance is lodged with the office : EPFO, RO, Kandivli

Tried calling this number also several times, but as usual it stays busy (for last 10 months 24x7 !!)
Also, sent several reminder on the grivance. No result.

Personally, I do not think the PF website helps us in anyways.

1. Phone numbers don't work
2. PF Grievance complaints do not work

Kindly help me in getting my PF transferred/
