Vide No. Z28015/10/2008/TB, Central TB Division, New Delhi, Dt. 14.12.2009. This guidelines has been approved by Cabinet Committee, this letter received from Under Secretary (MoH&FW)

Sir,
I had been working asTBHv (letter no-jdtb/rntcp/tbhv/2004/2648)under rntcp till , 17th January 2014. After praying upgration (Letter no-jdtb/rntcp/tbhv/2) .become as STS . NOW
Can I expect adding of previous tbhv increments. If it's right Pl give a solution. (State accountant not agree, but he gave previous increment of DEO after upgration as accontant)
