First complaint mail on 27/06/2011 and no answer received on the same matter

Dear sir,

My old passport ( A9634496) was expired on 13th May 2011 and apply for renewal within date
I have received New passport. J8255021 / File no : AHDZ24495911 on 20th June

As observed found that My Father name displayed on main page is VISANTRAO instead of VASANTRAO.
and at back side father’s name is displayed VASANTRAO which is true .

I have given application with passport on 21/06/2011 to correct the above name difference and received
Passport on 27/06/2011 without any change.

I am not understanding that being qualified persons such type of mistakes occurred.

Requesting you to take necessary action for the same and also suggest further procedure.

My paasport issued on 1997 and expire on 2017,i travel 4- 5 times but due to poor qulity of lamination on first page and last page details of passport is hard to see,so i dont know that i will be permitted to go other country ,if permitted by india than , if other country will not allow than what please suggest me,passport issued from ahmedabad and i stay in suratcan surat office makemduplicate without charges,
