Nondelivery of Fridge

Respected sir,
I have booked my order to your company team at Nasik for purchase Refrigerator on 14/10/2012.
vide Receipt no.1577090 dt.14/10/2012. The model is GFE 25SMT5N it is assured to me that delivery will be given on 24/10/2012. On dt.23/10/2012 your company sales executive came to my house and he told that the model booked by me is not available in stock. and the delivery was not given to me on assured day.
on next day your company person assured that delivery will be given on 29/10/2012. but unable to do so. now it is totally Mental as well as financial torcher to me from your side. when people are beliving onyour companies Name for various products it is very shemlsss matter in this way. on dt.28/10/2012. i have complaint to your main sales Executive regarding the same. He also assured me to give delivery on 29/10/2012 upto 5.00pm. but he also failed. please give me reply in this matter.my ph no. is 8888837481. your cooperation in this matter is expected.
