Roaming Activation

Dear sir,
I am Rajkumar and my Reliance No is 9374125774 since last Monday 13.06.2011 I continuous I am called costumer care for the activation of roaming. I have purchased it in Gujarat and I have came to Tamilnadu for an official work . while purchasing the dongle web world personal has informed that it was roaming free. But it was not activated. I have called several time from 13.06.2011 no response from the reliance C care they only hand washing answers only give. All personal replay “ I have forwarded the call to the concern department it will take 24 HRs for activation “ and today 19.06.2011 120Hrs. yesterday I have called they saying same answer without any shame. Poor Customer care I have ever seen I my life and spoken to Sr. supervisor also Mr. Isanth Shukla he also one useless guy same as there college. I really fed up with Reliance service and Customer care three time they ( Mr. Vishal ) told we will forward the call to the senior and the put in hold and it have waited for 30Min no one pickup the phone this kind of response given by Mr.Vishal . they are saying some technical problem . for six day they are not able what the technical team doing . kindly reward back .
