Delibrately withholding information

According to reliance website on recharging of 69 rs on Rajasthan reliance Gsm no. you get " Unlimited FREE Local & STD Onnet calls , during 11pm to 6am " so I recharged 9509643784 on around 5 jan 2012,
but my balance start deducting from 30 jan. onward for night calling.
So I recharged again with the same on 31jan 2012, but I didnt got the benefit, I called the costumer care couple of time and also sent mails to them but I didnt got the problem solved.
