I already explained you :
First problem appeared in June 2010 when the AC was in warrenty period. Your service centre did not check actual problem only did refilling of refrigent for making the AC run temporarily.
The problem again surfaced with in 2 months and your service centre did the same thing (in Oct 2010) and charged me Rs. 1000/- with the warrenty of 2 weeks and then problem again appeared with in a week. Since then I am awaiting the further service.
I have not denied any payment to anybody from your service centre, I have only asked for the reasons why these services should not be covered in warrenty as original problem started with in warrenty period and since then permanent resolution has not been done. Both above repairesd were done under same comlaint no only.
Please provide me genuine justification, repair the AC and take the payment. Not providing any justification and not providing the service by service centre shows their unprofessional attitude; which reflects bad on your company name and inconvenience to customer.
I beleve your system also should be able to track the details required and resolve this problem.
Your office called me earlier and informed that your engineer’s visit is arranged but that also didn’t happen. This shows lack of professionalism and sincerity at your end also.
Please take necessary action and resolve the problem immeditely.

As you have demanded that your said AC model got repaired couple of times before present service pending case, however there is no record of such complaint in system, I request you to help me with complaint number of previous repairs done.
Presently as per my word with service center, you have declined any payment for present fault in your AC, for same reason service center is not conducting repairs of your product.
