I am vivek joshi , I am using SBI credit card from last 6 years , I have no problem with it , One day I got a call from SBI Credit card delhi that I am selected for an offer - 3 days & 2 nights stay for 4 persons in 48 destinations ( 12 are at abrod ), I will get 500 reward points, I will get a polo watch @ price Rs.5500.00 , one way air fare . I have to pay only Rs. 6067.00. If I didnt like the offer I can cancell it at any time.
I told them I want your list of destinations Ist then I can deside . but after taht they told me the procedure for enroll & confirmed me that after enrollment procedure will start & you will get all gift pack includes all details & watch in 30 days.
when i followed the path as they told , my acct is debited by Rs.6067.00 .

They also given me local no for assistence but their responce is very bad , they told that now offer cant be cancelled & you will get air fare for 1 person only and also that you cant club with your holiday tour. when I requested them about destination list & hotels they told names of some hill stations & about hotels they unable to tell any thing.

I called them twice but responce is very bad .

this is clear chitting . Now i am in touch with customer care of SBI card.

How we can resolve this.
