not able to opt out forcing to continue

hi i am bhuushan bankar from mumbai for the SBI Cards Privilege Circle Programme which i was told that i can withdraw from the offer if i dont find the trems and conditions proper when i recieved the kit and gone through the terms nad conditoins i found that it was not as per what the representative explained to me on the phone when i called the SBI Cards Privilege Circle Programme customer care on the no.08130288800 i was not not able to opt out from the plan as the rep was rude and was forcing me continue with the plan when i didnt listen to her she disconnected the call and after that whenever i called the cus care they as soon as they came to know about my intention they disconnect the call and if also you keep them calling it says that all their representatives are busy which is a automated voice when i was fed up with this i called the sbi credit card customer care where i asked them not to charge me with the late payment as i am going to opt out from the plan but the rep told me that i have pay the money and when it is credit by the SBI Cards Privilege Circle Programme to them they will creidit it to my credit card. this is a very cheap tactics opted by the sbi card i request if some one show me the proper way to opt out from the SBI Cards Privilege Circle Programme. thanks
