No Kit received and its more than 25 days
Hi,

This is Pratik Baser. And a month ago I had got a call from SBI executive who explained me the SBI priviledge program and for which I got nominated myself. But its more than 25 days that the amount was deducted from my SBI Credit Card but I have not received any Kit.
I had called the SBI customer care from where I got another number (08130288800). I tried to get the status from there. Three times I called and I got the same status that it is in dispatch. The executive noted all the contact numbers of mine and now when I call to that number, the call gets connected but witout any response it gets disconnected after about 30 secs.

Request your serious intervention in the same.
