poor service of SETC

Dear sir,

I have booked the SETC Ultra deluxe bus from CMBT to Oddanchatram(Dindigul District). The jouney date is 18th may 2011, timing 19:30 hours. I have clearly mentioned the bus number and route. The destination place of the route is Palani.
But in the reservation counter they have changed the destination place of the route as oddanchatram. I got the printed ticket. By seeing the printed ticket i checked the date of journey and the source and destination. They were printed correct. I didnt care about the route destination.
The particular date came and i went to the bus stand 1 hour earlier by 18:30 hours waiting for the palani bus.
The starting time of the bus is 19:30 hours. Time crosses 19:30 but the particular bus didn't come and finally the palani bus reach the stand one hour late by 20:30 hours. i showed my ticket to the checker he told that the ticket is not for that bus. I got shocked , he also added that the bus for that ticket went earlier by 19:30 itself.
I went to the service desk and enquired. they told that the ticket is for bus with route destnation oddanchatram. and it has already went also i cant cancel the ticket as it is 1 hour passed after the bus timings. If the bus come earlier by 19:30 i could have catch my correct bus. Finally i came to know that the ticket has been printed wrong with different route name .

I have lost my money,
I have lost the journey though i have booked ticket.,
There is no bus number or the platform number printed in the ticket.,
There is no proper announcement of the bus arrival or the departure.
So many buses are coming with same name board leads to confusion.

SETC has to provide the better service.,
