I repeatedly want to book gas through phone neither they picking up nor they register my book if I meet him personally. Everybody fade up on him they are not supplying gas in proper time and they charge consumer extra 15 - 20 rs. more than the actual amount of gas. Please take an appropriate action on him. So consumers are not suffering.

Sir,
I booked on online gas service bhubaneswar. the booking no : 200584. at evening 4.30pm. the gas supplyier arrived. At that time my family members are at side flat. The service man ring the bell and with in a minite fly away, by the time my wife came from side flat. After 2 hr the message came that my booking is cancalled. I request you kindly do the needful to solve this type of problems. Message may be send regarding the accepeted duration of time the gas will be delivered.

I am a consumer of Seva Indane.Keutasahi chhaka.Mahatab road old town bhubaneswar having consumer no 206.I had booked gas through teliphone.After 9 days of my booking i did not got the gas Finally i come to know that my gas have supplyed another person in last 3 months.To day distributer give me a seal broken gas tank which is leaked. please take action him. i am suffering a lot

I am a consumer of Indane gas (Alaka Gas agency). Every month I am facing problem in booking as their phones are always busy, if the phone by change rings, no body is picking. how a consumer will book for gas. Every time we are facing this problem. The staff are not caring about the people's basic need and not bothered about the problem the consumers facing for booking.

I am a consumer of Bhubaneswar Gas,Lewis Road,Bhubaneswar - 751 002 having consumer no. 17769. My complain is without informing us the distributor transferred my consumer number to their other branch. Now how can I book my gas through phone because I don't know the phone number of their new branch and they are also not informing me the phone number.
Therefore, I request you to kindly do the needful for getting me my gas.

Dear Sir, I had book my gas on 21/04/2012 at 1.30 pm, But till date i had not got the gas, I am a 75 yrs of senior citizen retired police insecter. Where is problem to give a beeter service by your agent.

Sir,
I had booked gas over telephone at Seva Indane, 1584, Kapilprasad, Old Town, BBSR-2 on 24 April, 2012.
My consumer No. is 844280 and booking No. 5386. Already 18 days has already been passed. Everyday the gas agency is telling that today the gas will be delivered. But I don't know when that today will come. I request you kindly do the needful to solve this type of problems. Message may be send regarding the accepeted duration of time the gas will be delivered.

My consumer no. is 3414 -- 07/06/2005 -- Snehalata gas agency,Angul,Odisha I have recieved the last delivery of gas on dated 13/03/2012.After that,I am fed-up. Please take an appropriate action on him and please give me the Mob.no./ contact no.of the Prop.-- So consumers are not suffering.
