Amount debited from account but not recived

Sir this is one of my query , i have account in SBH Aditya nagar branch, In september month i used my ATM card in Kavadiguda ATM of sbh. I entered Rs 25000/- for withdrawl but at the same time i recieved only transection receipt but dint get money, But shocking part was that money has been credited from my account, Immediately we launch a complaint in my branch , Immediately i rushed to our sbh branch & met manager, Branch manager of Aditya nagar branch, According to her Concern ATM belongs to kavadiguda branch & she also told that they will send a complaint letter there & our money will credit in our account with in 15 days, But today almost eight months has been over but no action has been taken yet.After 2 months they paid me 21500 but the rest 3500 didn't reach me till date. The branch people also gave us a copy of complaint letter which has been forwaded to Kavadiguda branch, We also visited at Kavadiguda branch continuosly for a month .Finally to conclude i haven't received my 3500 till date plz get back to me as soon as possible.And plz help me out.
